You are responsible for the management of the F&B outlets including the restaurants, bars, room service and kitchen consisting of approximately 150 employees. You provide direct leadership to the executive chef, the restaurant manager and other professionals, you provide overall direction to the F&B operations, you monitor and ensure the quality and the service, safety and other standards and you develop, implement and evaluate creative concepts and strategies including special events and holiday functions to constantly improve customer experience and to increase sales and revenues.
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in F&B/ hotel management and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience (in a similar position). You have excellent (strategic and operations) management, leadership, people and problem solving skills. You are customer focused, result driven and creative. Furthermore you are flexible and willing to work according to a varied schedule and you assume responsibility and accountability.
