You are responsible for providing customers with extraordinary cuisine experiences in the different restaurants of the resort including the authentic upscale Shore American Seafood Grill Restaurant which has an open air kitchen. You provide creative input for (new) cuisine concepts and dishes, you organize tastings and you advise the Executive Chef regarding fine dining and menu matters. You train, coach and guide culinary colleagues in preparation, cooking and presentation techniques and you prepare dishes according to high standards of excellence. You report to the Executive Chef.
You have a relevant culinary qualification and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. You are talented and creative; you have passion for fine cuisine, for taste experiences and everything that has to do with culinary art. Furthermore you have meticulous attention for detail, you have excellent communication and coaching skills, you are willing to work in shifts and you can handle a high pace environment and stress well.
